Near Des Moines Medical School and Drake University (15-20 mins) near grocery and gas shopping centers (5-7mins). Minimum stay 3 months, maximum stay can negotiate. Non-smoker, no pets. bring your pillow, sheets/blanket.

Renters are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, reporting issues, and handling minor repairs. Major maintenance will be managed by the landlord.
